Andrew C. Carr
Andrew Carr is currently responsible for business development, transaction management, and project execution. Mr. Carr has extensive experience with equity research, alternative investment analysis, and special situation investments. He has executed significant investments in a number of specific industries, including technology, financial services, environmental services, retail sales, and biotechnology.
Mr. Carr most recently managed and executed investment strategies for a boutique investment group. The group focused their investing activities on special situation investments including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and federal approvals. At the firm Mr. Carr was in charge of investment research and execution, as well as investment training and risk management. His investment experience and relationships span both the public and private financial markets.
Mr. Carr graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a BS in Economics and BA in Chinese Language. Upon graduation he served three years as active duty officer in the US Army in Fort Lewis, Washington. Mr. Carr served an additional five years in the US Army Reserve, and the Illinois National Guard.
