Howard Fischer
Mr. Fischer has over twenty years’ experience in investment banking. He is a Managing Director at Davis Capital and heads the New York office.
Mr. Fischer has provided financial and strategic advisory services to major private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds and their portfolio companies and served as an expert witness on numerous valuation matters.
Mr. Fischer has significant bulge bracket investment banking experience including serving as an Executive Director at UBS/PaineWebber Global Investment Banking and a Director at Prudential Securities Investment Banking. He began his investment banking career at Furman Selz LLC in in New York in 1986.
Mr. Fischer holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a BS degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
