Hanyul Lee
Hanyul Lee concentrates his practice on the east coast. He spends most of his time in New York and Boston. Mr. Lee’s focus is on transaction execution and management. Mr. Lee worked as a consultant in the Strategic Finance Consulting Services group of a major international consulting firm. Mr. Lee has significant experience across various industries, including financial services, real estate, airline, health care, and information technology. Significant experience includes advising on a platform for underwriting and portfolio management that analyzed structured financing for a global financial management and advisory firm with over $1 trillion in client assets; advised on an acquisition and due diligence engagement to analyze the effects of potential acquisition strategies for a $1.8 billion international information technology services firm; evaluated and quantified the financial impact of strategic planning initiatives for a $6 billion international healthcare product and services provider; advised on a corporate predictive cash flow modeling tool for a $350 million real estate development company.
Mr. Lee was also a consultant for Alix Partners, a financial advisory services firm providing valuation and litigation consulting services. As a consultant, Mr. Lee was responsible for determining corporate valuations using multiple valuation methodologies across various industries. In addition, Mr. Lee developed financial models used to calculate damages related to complex litigation matters.
Mr. Lee graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL with a B.A in Economics.
