Scott R. Leshinski
Scott Leshinski is responsible for the firm’s European operations. Mr. Leshinski focuses primarily on transaction execution and management. Mr. Leshinski has significant experience in financial and strategic advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, credit analysis, and underwriting in North America and Europe. Recent clients include a $4 billion Swiss-based agricultural corporation, a $40 billion foreign exchange corporation recently acquired via LBO; a $52 billion financial services company; and a $3.4 billion London-based retailer.
Mr. Leshinski spent six years working in GE Capital’s Corporate Financial Services Group. While at GE Capital, Scott worked in several facets of the business, including structuring and underwriting debt financings, portfolio management, and capital markets syndications. During his time at GE, Mr. Leshinski completed more than $310 million in closed commitments. Representative transactions included M&A transactions, recapitalizations, growth financings, turnarounds and restructurings. In addition, Mr. Leshinski managed a portfolio of accounts totaling over $200 million in commitments. Scott graduated with a B.A. in Finance, with Honors, from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
